ANNE RUSSELL

CEO AND LEADER FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & OPERATIONS

Anne is an expert and leader in the design, development and execution of operational excellence, program management systems, risk management, and strategic outcome-based investment models. A more than 18-year career with Boeing ($110B), Anne led portfolio outcome-based investment strategy to enable more than $1B in strategic investment decisions with targets for $3B in revenue growth, and she led design and implementation of the Boeing enterprise operational excellence system to improve performance standards. Anne holds degrees and certifications in Business, Business Admin, Lean, Data Analytics, Paralegal Studies, Cloud Computing, Project Management, and Portfolio Management.

ANDREW RUSSELL

COO AND LEADER FOR ENGINEERING & PRODUCTION

A graduate of the US Air Force Academy in Mechanical Engineering, Fighter Aircraft Maintenance, and Accident Investigation, Andy spent more than 15 years in leadership roles with the USAF Maintenance Unit, Honeywell, and DRC in aircraft and engine design, maintenance, MRO consulting, and supply chain management. As an APU and engine design expert, Andy holds numerous patents in commercial and noncommercial markets. Andy also is a Lean and Six Sigma Blackbelt as well as Commercial and Private Pilot. And, he has more than 10-years’ experience developing new companies in the US, Southeast Asia, and Canada through organic growth, leveraged acquisitions, and reverse takeover, which included driving new listing American and Toronto Stock exchanges.

MELANIE RUSSELL

DIRECTOR AND LEADER FOR HUMAN RESOURCES

A more than 18-year career in Human Resources and Organizational Development, Melanie has worked across Allied Signal, Honeywell (Director of Org. Development) and other businesses as an executive leader and as an independent consultant in the areas of talent and skill management, labor relations, training, coaching, leadership development, and employee benefits. Melanie holds a BA in Industrial Organizational Psychology, and an MA in HR and Labor Relations.

MARVIN RUSSELL (COLONEL (RET.) US ARMY)

GOVERNMENT RELATIONS LIASION AND SUPPLY CHAIN LOGISTICS CONSULTANT

A more than 27-year veteran of the US Army with master’s degrees in Strategic Logistics, Human Resource Management, and Logistics Management; Col. Rus'sell (Ret) held positions with the US Army managing Aviation Retail, Intermediate & Depot Maintenance, Supply Chain logistics, Acquisitions and Contracting; Depot-Forward Aviation and Ground Maintenance in Iraq and Afghanistan; and Aviation Maintenance for Europe and Southwest Asia. He was Commander of the U.S. Army Aviation Maintenance and Logistics School in Fort Eustis, VA, and a graduate of the US Army War College. He is both an Army commercial helicopter pilot and noncommercial airplane pilot, with years of experience as an Army Maintenance Test Pilot.

TRACY VAP

LEADER FOR GLOBAL CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT AND ADVISOR

A 12-year veteran of the US Air Force and Reserves, Tracy served as an Acquisition Officer in Program Management-Contracting in the US Pentagon, contracting suppliers for the F-22 and C-17 Programs. Additionally, at Raytheon, she led Supply Chain teams supporting contracts for missile systems and logistics. Tracy holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell, and an MBA in Logistics from Univ. of Ohio.

TROY ROSARIO

DIRECTOR, SALES & PLANNING

A more than 15-year expert in commercial manufacturing sales, planning, inventory management, quality assurance, and supply chain logistics, Troy has worked across the Aerospace industry with critical skills in Planning, Program Management and Supply Chain Management. Troy is an expert in Interpreted Engineering such as PLs, MPLs, DLs, Drawing Sheets, Contracts, Models, and Specification Sheets, establishing ISO standards, and setting Safety Guidelines. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt, with an Associate Degree of Applied Science at ITT-Tech Institute, and advanced studies at Mississippi State University.
